• If you are scheduling an initial consultation, a credit card is required to confirm the booking, which is subject to our cancellation policy.

• Dr. Sharma does not accept insurance nor deals directly with insurance companies but can provide a superbill for each session that can be submitted for reimbursement.

• We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged in full for the session.
